Our Service Department provides personal assistance with all machine problems. We can trouble-shoot and repair machines, and we can also provide special parts assistance and machine updates.

In addition to service and maintenance, we also offer regularly-scheduled programs in our Training Center where your people can obtain hands-on instruction conducted by our experienced and knowledgeable educators.

Our Service Department is equipped with service manuals, parts books, special instructions and engineering drawings and can also assist you by telephone, fax, and modem.

The F.L. Smithe Service Department is supported by more than 40 mechanical and electrical technicians located in the USA and the UK. Our team is on call to help you solve any problem that you may have from trouble-shooting, repairing, or training your people.
