The The Champion ROTAMATIC model "RA", Combination No.6 is a basic RA machine. Its simplicity and high speed production give it the distinction of being one of the smallest and fastest envelope machines in the world.

        The RA Combination No.6 employs rapid changeover to produce booklet (wallet), diagonal (banker) and a wide variety of non-window style envelopes such as diskette envelopes, air ticket holders, compact disk envelopes, currency envelopes, and others. Die cut blanks are fed from a feed station mounted on top of the collator. It can also accept the diagonal web attachment, model HD, as well as a printer attachment, model HDP, for two color outside and one color inside printing. As with all RA machines, simplified concepts have been employed throughout, permitting extremely fast size changes. The machine adjustments are supported by program sheets, which afford a simple standardized changeover method.

        Other features contributing to the versatility of the ROTAMATIC RA Combination No.6 machine include: Building block type construction of machine sections for ease of installation and moving. Contemporary guarding, designed to reduce noise levels.

        Adaptable to the HD diagonal web attachment for low cost web production, while maintaining full die-cut capabilities.
