F.L. Smithe Parts

We stock many different parts and manufacture special order items for our complete line of Champion envelope making machines. As our equipment has evolved into today’s high speed machinery, we have not forgotten the family of machines that have made F. L. Smithe’s history so strong in the envelope industry. We stock many of the normal wear parts for older equipment and can special order additional items.

Our parts staff has more than 70 years of combined experience with the company. This experience combined with reference material and computer information will provide you with assistance while ordering parts. If highly technical questions or electrical assistance is needed the Parts Department can channel your request directly to the Service Department for additional assistance.

Our number one goal is to keep your Champion machine running efficiently and profitably. Contact the F. L. Smithe Parts Department so we can assist you with your parts orders.

How do I contact the Parts Department?

Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:45 PM ET. Phone orders can be placed during these hours by calling our direct line at 814-695-4838

How do I place an order or request a quotation?

 Please include the following information with your purchase order:

    • Your Company Name
    • Your street address
    • Your city, state, country
    • The name of a contact person
    • Your direct phone number
    • Your direct fax number
    • Your Purchase Order Number
    • The Serial number and model of your machine
    • The Part number of the item being ordered
    • The quantity you require
    • Preferred method of shipment
  • If you are unsure of the correct part number, please supply complete information regarding your machine and we will work with you to identify the part.
  • If you are calling the Parts Department for assistance, please have you parts manual and newsletters available.
  • IMPORTANT: To insure accuracy, FAX your parts orders. F. L. Smithe cannot be responsible for parts ordered by phone.
