The SW can produce envelopes with or without windows and can be equipped with up to four outside flexographic and two inside flexographic printers.

A full 360' phasing of the rotary cutters, panel cutter, patcher, cutoff knife and top and bottom scoring is achieved with a simple pushbutton control. The patcher gummer automatically synchronizes to the patch cutoff knife and the aligner section and seal fold cylinder are also pushbutton controlled. Job programs can be saved on a floppy disc or the built-in hard drive and when recalled, the SW automatically phases all of the key processes circumferentially.
